Although she was born and raised in Oregon, Molly has lived and worked in Southern California for the last 20 years. After graduating from the University of Oregon with a BS in Math in 1994, she relocated to Washington D.C. to work as a professional nanny and private math tutor. Her next nanny position brought her back to the west coast where she eventually met and married David. With plans to settle down and start a family of their own, Molly decided to earn her real estate license in 2002. She quickly found that having a full time appraiser at her side gave her a competitive edge when it came to advising clients and negotiations. She was thrilled when David decided to become a licensed Realtor as well. Molly has a broad range of experience including single family and multi-family property sales, commercial and residential lease negotiations, Trust sales, 1031 exchange transactions, as well as vacant land sales. She lives with her husband and partner and their two sons in the Belmont Heights area of Long Beach. She has been active in her community and area schools, serving as a PTA board member and writing for the local community newsletter. She especially enjoys working with young families, helping them become familiar with area schools to find the right fit for them. She loves spending time with her family and dogs at the beach, biking, hiking, camping, or a friendly game of monopoly.
